Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only under the following conditions:
- You have received an incorrect product, or
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Request a Replacement
To initiate a replacement request, please provide:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video
- The video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The full unboxing process
- The issue (damage or incorrect item) clearly visible
Important Guidelines
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- An unboxing video is mandatory; claims without it will be rejected
- Products damaged due to:
- Customer mishandling
- Improper use
- Exposure to moisture
- Any alterations
are not eligible for replacement
- All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by our team
